The Story So Far @ Summit Music Hall, 6/6/15

This show was so much fun! The Story So Far is always a tough shoot with a barricade, but I was feeling up for the challenge. That could have been because I was celebrating my birthday during this show, but that doesn't matter! Haha

As it turns out, I got better photos of crowd surfers at this show than I did of any of the bands (at least in my opinion). I've shot bands like Terror and Four Year Strong so many times that I'm over being scared of getting kicked in the face and prefer trying to get cool photos of the kids in the crowd instead. That being said, Terror are not made to play venues with barricades (stage dives, anyone?) but their crowd made up for it by crowd surfing. I think at most, there were about 5 or 6 people in the air at once, which isn't a large number for a festival, but it is for a venue the size of Summit with a max of 3 or 4 security guards in the barricade at once.

Overall, this show was a ton of fun. I think I may have had a little too much fun during FYS and I don't necessarily love my photos of them, but I don't hate them either.
